Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase alternative energy incentives in the United States

Welcome mighty debaters of the Milwaukee Debate League! Here are some of the arguments you will need to get you started!

Novice (Blue Division) Files

Junior Varsity (Gold Division) Files

  • Anything from the Wind PTC packet (except, obviously, the Elections Disadvantage)

  • Anything from the Large, November Brownfields packet

Varsity (Golden Eagle Division) Files

  • No restrictions – can run anything from the new evidence packet, as well as their outside research
