Joni Chmiel
Joni is excited to lead the Milwaukee Debate League as its new Executive Director. Ms. Chmiel is a program development expert with 14 years of nonprofit leadership experience. She recently managed the sports and teen programs for 11 YMCA Centers in the Milwaukee area that serve over 11,000 youth, teens and adults annually.
